Actually...mate in 11, and your problem is a mate in 13...why not add the last move??
And mine is mate in 12
Yours didn't end with checkmate, your opponent could have still played Kh1 and then bishop to wherever would have been checkmate. and there is no need to change your solution as there are multiple ways to get to the same point.
