And here is the explanation in text. In short: Whites threat on blacks kingside is deadly, with Rg1 as the most obvious one. However, blacks queen can get to d2 and, by checking whites king, destroy those threats. B4 blocks the queen and will force black to sacrifice it to avoid mate.
