We had to disable that feature temporarily while we ran scripts to populate data for our new charts, but it will be back soon.

Reset as in reset your rating/stats? I didn't know that was possible.

Is there a time table for its return? Are they trying to collect new data, or just move the existing data?

The data migration is done, so at this point, it's just a matter of updating the site. Not 100% sure when we'll do that, as there are still a few other things we want to get in to that update, but it should be sometime this week I would guess.

This is only somewhat relevant to this topic.  But,  on the new charts, shouldn't my opening rating today be equal to my closing rating yesterday?

Example: May 28, 2012.  My open is listed as 1184, my close as 1168 making it look like I lost 16 points.  I actually only lost 3. (I know if I would just solve the problem I wouldn't loose points.) :)

    Thanks
