Lately I've been prone to forgetting and missing a lot of things in life, but not here. The first diagram is the game up to the crucial point, and the second is the puzzle for you to solve.

Just because its a queen sac doesn't mean its !!, it also took me 5 seconds to solve.

The opening is called the elephant gambit
