Puzzle 2 is Similar to Puzzle 1, the only thing different that black handles differently which results as a different outcome

Time limit: 45 seconds

 

 

 

 

Puzzle 3. There is something called Discovered Check in this puzzle. Let me break it to you, your not even halfway done!!!

Time limit: 20 seconds

Huh? too low time? This puzzle is mate in 2, so you dont need more then 20 seconds.

 

 

Puzzle 4: Once again, Discovered Check. Your still not even halfway done!!!

Time limit: 10 seconds

Now we're talk'in!10 seconds only! Cany you beat that?!

 How is "The Chamber of Checkmates" spooky? Maybe its the creeps from harry potter and the chamber of secrets, thats actually the the inspiration which made me name this forum.

I guess we all have different word associations in our minds...for me the word chamber is creepy all by itself, you throw "of checkmates" in there and...

Was anyone able to solve puzzle 4 in 10 seconds on their first try?

Ten seconds is too long. That old girl has been trotted out so many times.....

So puzzle 4 is being trotted out too many times? Can't argue with that, seen that mate FOREVER!

But based on the two second time it takes for the computer to move, ten seconds might be the best.

Is that your two second lag or the computer's? I can't imagine a computer program in this day and age that doesn't solve that in milliseconds.

 The computers plays the move told by You to play and it takes milleseconds to determine, it takes two seconds to reach that position. If you play puzzles you see the computer takes at least take two seconds to reach its next position.

Good puzzles! I was able to do the 4th puzzle in 10 seconds since it was very similiar to the 3rd one.

I was able to finish the puzzle in about 7 to 8 seconds.
