Your burgers are mostly about calories.
I suggest that you leave out the hamburger or beef ground meat out, and yes a few have chichen in some of them, and try new savory meals, I can propose 1 or 2 and even 10 easily more savory and easy to prepare meals.
Take a break and enjoy the best in life, a succulent meal like go to a Japaneese restaurant an try sushumi, raw, uncooked, squid and shrimp and fish, etc.. with wasabi, fairly strong but a kind of horse radish.
Just lovely with a warm Saki.
Wow, that turned all healthy and yucky on us awful quick.
