This is how an OTB game of mine ended in victory for me yesterday. It was a very good game!

 lol. Thanks! I was certain that he would have locked in to a mate, but he just couldnt seem to figure it out. And I was surprised that he didnt see the mate coming...

I'd say   2. Bxd2 for a draw
3. h7 was a bad move, on move 5 he should've taken it. 
Miraculous how you got out of it, may be an argument for the anti-resignation people, but I wouldn't post it as a puzzle.
