From the 1970 USSR Championship in the game IM Mikhail Podgaets - IM Ratmir Kholmove after 30.Re7
I can't see anything stronger than winning an exchange.
Actually, White resigned after ...Nf1.After 1...Nf1 2.Rxf1 Rxf1+ 3.Kg2 Black would be up a R+Exchange with 3...Qxe7. Not only would Black be up in material but also White's K is exposed and subject to a strong mating attack by 2Rs and a Q.
What's wrong with 1....Qf3+; 2. Qxf3, Nf3 and Rh2#?
Sigh, I keep missing obvious stuff these days. 3...Qxe7.
1...Qf3+ 2. Qxf3 Nf3 3. R1e2 and black doesn't even get an exchange out of it. 3...Rf1+ 4. Kg2 Rg1+ 5. Kf2 and black can't discover anything either else the g1-rook hangs.
