Nswwsn, your solution is correct , and in full solution there are some more moves :

  Smiley didn't log in from 5 March . His location is Queensland - this i think is near the floods in Australia. I hope, he is well and there are only problems with Internet connection.

Here is the solution for #313 :

There is a position in my notebook and i don't remember anything about it . I think that it is a puzzle, because there is a note " white to play and win ", but there isn't  any solution there, and looking at the position, i can not find it .

Great !  - there is no salvation for black in this line !  This must be the solution !  And what if  3...Kf5 instead of 3...Ke5 ? (edit - white easy win after 3...Kf5)
