correct me if i'm wrong, but can't black sacrifice a rook to keep the game going?

On what move? I couldn't find a rook sac to save the game, but maybe you saw something I didn't.

Black can offer a rook sac, but that doesn't mean white has to accept.

well black can offer a rook at c6 =P but white doesn't have to accept

How can u lose your queen, knights....w/out loosing a single pawn? I know this is just a puzzle ..but I was just thinking this is kind of hard to happend on a real game, right?
