I was a little sceptical about White having any win here, so I checked the game on chessgames.com (http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1017289),
It's actually Black to move in this position, and you should be looking for a Black win.
My bad. Kasparov won this game. Indeed it is Black to move and Black to win.
I am not sure that I get the point of it because at least 3 moves win for black
1...Be7 and black is much up on material
1...Be5 with a similar conclusion
probably the one you are asking for 1...Rc5 2.Kxd6 Be5 3.Kd/e7 Rc7 4.Ke8 Bd/f6.
