Whatever white plays, black mates in 65. Unfortunately the details would need a planet to store, so there is not enough space to post it here

Decoy321 nobody plays g4 as there 2nd move in the opening. tohnicholas, your strategy at the top is fools mate, and your other strategy, nobody opens with g4 followed by f3

Attempts at Scholars Mate (and subsequent chasing of 'cheap' mates on the f-file) are a staple of stronger players - among the under 12's!

It's quite surprising how often I hear "damn, you keep messing up my 4-move checkmate" As if in all those years of analysis by ardent chess masters and hobbyists, everyone somehow missed a continuation 4 moves deep from setup!

Yep, its called developing sensibly while your opponents queen jumps back and forth for no good reason.

The third one is a trivial smothered mate BTW; and another example of bad play beating a bad player.

Actually the 2nd move was g4.

Hey, Decoy, I it will be kind of hard to find a chess player who will follow that pattern of play. However... scholar's mate works sometimes, I often used it, years ago. Is the 3...Nf3# one your novelty? I've never seen that b4.  I like Lasker's trap and Legal's mate:

    http://thechessworld.com/legalstrap.html - Legal's Mate!

Yury, the legals mate page isnt right about that being mate, the knight can capture, in fact, white loses both knights and a queen, for a cheap early check.

     same post for me...

main this checkmates are the most known!

find much better checkmates -your own checkmates!- and dont look at books or ie7 for checkmates and represent them as yours.
