after solving the puzzle, let entrance the topic...

did you feel yippee when win a game?

be frank with you,I didn't feel delight like other because some resson...ok....let me ask in other way...how is your frame of mind when losing a game?its bad right?antinomy?yes...that is my antilogy,I feel sorry to the loser,I feel I was the sorrow origin....

consequently,I more like to draw a game"if the rating didn't go down"notwithstanding my counterworker at the loser state request...,I do that not only set my heart at rest, but also make they feeling better and find more interest in chess...

so,why not just accept other draw request?

it depends on whose move it is. If it's black's move then that's a win or at least a draw for black depends on the situation.Smile

Here, Black wins.  If it's white's move, then White trades rooks and the king is outside the a pawn's square, so it queens.
