Have you ever played 24 (the math game)? The objective is to make an equation with 4 numbers (yes all 4, you have to use all 4) to get the number 24. You can multiply, divide, add, and subtract. You can also use parenthesis. Your numbers are 5,5,5, and 1. GL!

(5x5)-1=24  [I don't even need a third 5]

(5x5)-(1^5)=24

First term: five times five

then subtract the second term which is

one to the power of five

used three 5's, and one 1 

WRONG: YOU CANNOT USE EXPONENTS and YOU HAVE TO USE ALL THE NUMBERS!

Can you use one of the numbers more than once? (more than 3 fives, more than one 1)

3 blokes book into a hotel room, they are sharing, the manager charges tham £30 and they pay £10 each and go to the room, later on, the manager realises he has overcharged them and the room should only be £25. So he gives the bellboy £5 in coins to go and give them back, on the way , the lad thinks he won't be able to split it 3 ways so he puts £2 in his pocket and gives them all £1 back each. . . . . now, they have all paid £9 each so thats £27, the bellboy has £2 in his pocket so. . . what happened to the other £1 ????
