Just a quick thought for everyone....

why is it that a non-important 'picture scandal' gets a million more posts than quality chess games that are posted. Am I on the wrong site or do my chess games just suck?

Well Chessroselina, after careful thought I came to the conclusion that the word "scandal" might have something to do with the thread's popularity.

I wonder if Dave is stalking Akiko! Every time I see Akiko name, Dave is there like a lost dog wondering where his master is. The purpose of this stream is to shed light on the illogical posting pattern on this site. The 'chess players' on this site would rather post about some model pics than on the quality chess games I post for people to hopefully learn from. I annotate the games I post too. But all the attention goes to meaningless streams about multi-identities and other such garbage. I wonder why some people are on this site. My picture is 100% me, after I had my pals at the missing persons department age progress it 20 years.

This could just be the most scandalous thing to happen to chess..... like ever Laughing For some odd reason i now have a mental picture of Dave as "Nipper" (the HMV dog).

Oh and just for the record! He will struggle to stalk her at the moment as Akiko is currently in Korea. Although he is currently looking at prices of flights Laughing.

Well it does seem that Akiko is back. She craves attention and we are giving it to her...

I won't be starting any posts about her but others are free to do as they like.

She must have something to hide...or maybe she doesn't...that's why she makes this illusion about herself...to 'seem' interesting.I fell for it as i've said. She just wants contact with people and l think thats a good thing.

Maybe she should be honest as well.

Well said Nipper !

The "scandal" posts are so popular because they are pure entertainment, whereas annotated chess games are a little more like work. Why else would "The Sun" (a scandal newspaper) out sell  a quality, heavyweight newspaper like "The Times" something like 30 to 1? Appealing to the lowest common denominator has always been very successful. Perhaps, your cerebral postings could be popularized by the simple addition of some "hot gossip"! Undecided

"Ha haaaaa.....l'm cracking up! Nurse...!"

I think the nearest we have on this site is King William, who always seems to be willing to prescribe, appropriate or not! Laughing

Well put. Some quote i read from a GM raeds " CHESS IS MENTAL TOUCHIER" I dont agree but there is some truth in that sentence.

Thats just why we need forums like this "Scandal posts, gossip or fun" what ever you want to call it. They give the site a more complete touch, Some thing to relax the mind after the "TOUCHIER".

How about we just end this thread before it becomes a 40 post marathon of idiotic thoughts and moronic posts.

Maybe you would miss your right hand more than you think!

No.I am not Akiko,Aki,Kazue Fukiishi,The Atom Smasher or Geisha Humble Girl (yeah...right!).

Please lock this thread if only to stop me replying.

Nurse...!

What more proof do we need ! Why else would he constantly deny this claim, its amazing just how much Aki and Dave are (always denying accusations). Now i know why. Top man Giovanni.
