My daughter was just hurt at the construction site of our new home.  Can I take legal action?

I'm no lawyer either, but I'm going to take a wild guess and say that it all matters how she was hurt.

We took her to the ER right away.  No broken bones but 11 stitches.  A perfect little girl will now have a huge scar on her face.

I like you Ryan

Thanks

The answer is: that depends.  It is never cut and dry.  Every situation is different.  If someone was negligent, then maybe - but if she was just trespassing and was somewhere she shouldn't have been, probably not.

Depends.

Your child's injuries are serious; you're intended actions are serious - so why are you asking for advice on a chess site??  - go see an attorney in person.
