Who would win in a fight between an Octopus and a Giraffe,

The contest would take place in 6ft deep water and there would be no weapons allowed,

Ps the Giraffe just called the Octopus's mum a slag

very good subject for a discussion.

I think the octopus will win because

    a. the octopus can put his teeth in the legs of the giraffe.
    b. the octopus can strengle the legs of the giraffe in his long arms and the giraffe will fall down.

maybe, but i think the giraffe would win using a stamping attack on the octopus's head, either that or by stretching the octopus's tentacles by running through the water.

Additionally, you have forgotten to take into account this particular giraffes intimate relationship with Harriet the Horny Hippo, who would in a fit of blind rage, steam in and squash the Octopus for messing with her man

Even though, the Giraffe might stand on the octopus.
