I've recently signed up for a gym membership and was wondering if anyone can recommend me a workout suppliment. I'm 22 and weigh about 135 pounds, so I'm not looking for something that is going to make me lose weight--actually I'm looking for something which is going to do the opposite. If it helps in deciding which suppliement to take, I also do a lot of running, more than working out. One suppliement I am considering and doing a little bit of research on is Whey. Any comments?
