People at a rating of 1200 are likely to have just started an account (this is the rating automatically given to you when you join). You should check their games to see if they are a new player or not. If so, then their true rating may be much higher than it was when they played you... no cheating, but a bit of an inconvenience to those they play first!

Sorry, to clarify somthing this is a Team Iran vs Team Canada match and you are placed against player with similar ratings. They adjust you as your ratings change so it kind of seems like this player signed up a new account and then just did not play. He signed up three days prior to the start of the tournament and did not play a game now he has like 8 games active and five games complete all in less then a week while not playing anything for the first three days. To me it seems like he has created a false account. BUT WHATEVER nothing I can do
When I started my game against an Iran player he was ranked 1200 which in itself is already suspiscious. We started our game on Dec 29 now on Jan 6 he has cleaned my clock and is ranked at like 1602. Do you think I'm just whining or does this seem alittle fishy to some people?
