I am going to throw out a homer and say Sam Adams Summer Ale as I am literally a stones throw from the brewery. Really though there is a rotating plethora of beer always rolling through my fridge. (I must claim though only good stuff, no "traditional american" horribleness, bleh)

Not such a good drink when chess is involved, but meh your not always over a board right?!

I like to get my Growler (2lt Glass Jug) filled with tap fresh SteamWorks IPA. The bad part is ya gotta drink it all once you open it! (;

Absinthe, not that it gets you "high" but I like the kind of drunken feeling I get from it.

Greek ouzo or tsipouro!Made here in Greece and it's strong enough.It is made from grapes,aniseed(mainly)
