I've heard that some companies have recently copyrighted parts of the human genome.  Is this true?  If so, how is that legal?  It's like saying that you invented the tree.

human' is to pretencioso take things from others and after say that beling to them.

and not only little things like mclarrrrrrrrr

also big things ( i can not say 'couse is not a consensual ans yet )

Perhaps this is some new development that I haven't heard of, but a while back (a few years ago) the government/universities were racing against some private firms to decode the human genome. Thankfully, the universities/government won, and universities and medical researchers won't have to pay licensing fees to some idiot with a patent on, for instance, the Cohen Modal Haplotype.
