Plus Parkinson's, Alzheimers, CJD, ALS, Huntington's (that's the one the extremely hot chick on House might have) and many more.  They're all diseases related to protein folding, which is being studied at Stanford Uni Medical centre with the help of computers around the world.  Turns out proteins fold in quite a complicated way, which needs a lot of computer time to simulate.  Or a lot of computers.

This is a simple download that uses the idle cycles on your comp to help in medical research, only the idle cycles so it won't slow you down.  You may have heard of similar software in use for prime number searching.
