I play exd4, again pretty much only move.

    cxd4 is obvious

6.cxd4 isn't only move, 6.e5 is also playable...

but here 6...Bb4+ is only move.

I used to play this variation as white, I stopped when I realised it doesn't give White any advantage against best defence.

The "trap" here is 7...Nxe4?! 8.Bxb4 Nxb4 9.Bxf7+! and black's king is slightly exposed, but this is playable.

But the best line is simply 7...Bxd2+ 8.Nbxd2 d5!, equalising.

    So I play 7...Bxd2+ (conditional move: If 8 Nbxd2 then 8...d5)

Nc6, d6 (I don't like this move, but it's playable), f5 (this I hate. lol), Bd6??? (That is the Turtle Defense), You get the point. lol

just to say, f5 can throw your opponent off the book and if you study it well u can win

conditional move?! I'm going to use that

    lol

This does not give white no advantage he gets c and e file control and more active pieces

    Conditional move: against Nxd5 Qb3

    after that if Nce7 0-0

    and if Na5 Qa5 Nc6 Qb3 Na5(reject draw offer) Qa5

I presume you meant Qa4...(if you meant something else ignore these moves)

    So I play Nxd5 Qb3 Na5 c6!

and White certainly is not better. In fact I prefer the black side due to White's misplaced queen and weak IQP.

Yeah i did mean Qa4 sorry about that. Actually c6 is a blunder!!! It was a trap that my friend showed me. Now I shall show it to you.

plus i don't want more conditional moves since it gives people less time to kibitz...

ok, no more conditional moves (we're out of the opening now anyway)

I dont know what your trap is (if you're trying to trap my knight with 13.b4 I have 13...Nc4). But when analysing an otb game I played with a strong player (chess.com handle gargleblaster) he said he thought there was a trap in this line that he couldn't remember. So maybe there is a trap but I can't see it...

    I play 12...Qxd5

13...b3 looks forced, and it loses a pawn.

I'm not sure why you prefered black before.

if you meant 13...b6, then yes after 14.b4 (otherwise black plays 14...Bd7) 14...Nb7 loses the pawn on c6.

I had actually overlooked Rc1, black would have probably been better after any other white move.

14...Qe6+ was my first thought (15.Kf1? Ba6+ 16.Kg1 Bb5 is fine for black) but 15.Kd1 wins.

So then I thought maybe white is better after all...

However, 13...Qb5 (if white exchanges queens the knight has c6 to escape) 14.Qc2 Bf5! (not giving white time to play b4) 15.Qc5 (15.Ne4 0-0-0) 15...b6 with an unbalanced endgame where black looks slightly better due to the bishop and white's isolated pawn.

    13...Qb5 14.Qxb5 axb5 15.d5 b6 might be white's best option but I think black can unravel himself.

so I play 13...Qb5 and see if white has any more surprises...

Oops, I guess I missed that. Good think I'm not the one playing. I don't see anything tactically for white here, but he looks much better positionally. I much prefer white in the endgame. It seems like black will have to fight for a draw.

Yes I think white will be able to get on top positionally by 14.Qxb5 but endgames are my strong point in chess so let's see what happens...

    I think he means Ne4.
