I mean that my chess mentor rating is 2000, but it is only 1400 in live chess.

I was just wondering which was more accurate.

is it 2000 in online chess, may be he didn't play that much on live chess or may be if he think more he gets the best moves or better moves...

Live chess is like my nightmare. Once I this dream that I lost a live chess game to someone rated 400 it was quite the experience.
