Any hot suace lovers here?

I'm extream with it to the point of over doing it and often end up speachless and sweating bullets all the while regreting having taking it too far. That said I pretty much use it daily. Goes great with just about anything save for my morning smoothies.

My all time Favs are; Daves Ultiimate Insanity and Spontanious Combustion.

I put hot sauce on my breakfast. It goes great with eggs, not always so great with cereal.

i want to be able to say i am a hot sauce man, but i'm not really deep into the hot sauce culture (of which there is a large and interesting following!). that said, i am a big salsa guy and i drink taco bell packets. :)

I like spicy food and often put hot sauce on my entrees when it makes sense to have some heat.  I ate a thai chile at my brother's in-laws place without knowing wtf it was.  I mean, I knew it was a chile but I didn't know that it's 160k on the Scoville Scale (Tobasco is 6k btw).

Yes. I put hot sauce (extra-hot Cayenne or Habanero) on everything except ice cream. I also carry it with me, because American food (even foreign cuisine prepared for Americans) tends to be bland (and slathered in disgusting mayonnaise, but that's another issue), and I absolutely loathe tobasco sauce (which is what you'll get in most restaurants--at least in these parts--if you ask for hot sauce)

Hot sauce is good but hot peppers are the best! I buy a couple of pounds in the late summer from a local farmer and string them on some thread and hang them in the window. After a month they are nice and dry and ready for grinding. The thing I love so much about them is they not only add heat but they add FlAvOR!

I can't handle to much hot stuff. I tried Daves insanity sauce once. I couldn't stop crying even after I drank almost a galon of milk.
