The most embarrassing moment I recall - though it didn't happen to me but to Someone I Know - was the posting of a forum topic that no-one was prepared to post in!

possibly missing a very easy chance in footy when we could of beaten top of the table team but instead got a draw

mine would be when i was in primary. there was a contest i entered and i thought they said my name during assembly and i walked up to the stage.

I know. Im too embarrassed to go back to even visit that school

my most embarrasing momment happened a few times,

i called my teacher mum! 

ive done that. luckily no one was listening

yep exactly the same and i called my friend my brothers name but he didn't her me either
