I believe it is "Indian Summer".  Do not know who said it.

WOW. Awesome seuss68. Now, did you actually recall that or did you check imdb or something?

It was Bill Paxton saying it to Alan Arkin in, yes, Indian Summer.

HAHAHAHA  Good one.

(I'm not sure why I find it so funny, I'm just happy someone got it.)

Though I have seen my fair share of movies, I cheated and ran a google search.  Favorite thing to do when I get curious about a question.
