     ok b4 u read my poems , beware that I haven't written any in awhile,so its not that good so yeah, ne way these r the poems that I find remotely good for me to put it on here, so yeah , hope you like it :)

    Moving On
    Deserted corridors, classes…silent,
    all the vanished excitement.
    The empty courts, the hushed whispering noises,
    The wandering memories that are soon to be forgotten.
    The new horizon awaits its new beginning,
    new conflicts, new choices, and new everything.
    The smiles, the laughs, the happiness and the tears,
    to forget all these is what I most fear.
    Those who I’ll miss most, I won’t forget,
    also the choices that I will ever …regret.
    But as soon as we move on, I hope to look back,
    to the school that has laid out our past.

    TheBig Storm
    Looking out of a tear stained window at the rain;
    Looking out with tear stained eyes at my past.
    Choices made, brought me here today,
    Choices made, made this day last.
    As I wait for the sun to shine,
    As I wait for the days to pass,
    I sit here waiting for you,
    I sit here waiting for you to come back .

    By Phavi Kannan

    Life ,
    trust, hope;
    believing, never giving up, moving forward;
    endeavoring ,through and through, with love beside you;
    to live your life ,be true.

    by Phavi Kannan

    Dew

    The dew drop fading ,
    vanishing, and gone, so I’ll
    wait again for dawn.
    by Phavi Kannan

    My Melody ( my fav)
     You’re the dawn that touches the sea;
    my life’s dear and sweet lullaby melody.
    You’re the fire in a winter storm;
    the one that I’ll never leave.
    You’re the one out of infinity;
    My never-believed-to-come-true dream.
    You’re the bearer of my heart;
    but whom may you end up to be?

    Earliest Memory
    I walked beside my dad,
     like a good four-year-old should,
     to the doctor in the hospital.
    We sat in a waiting room,
     which was full of kids.
    I wanted to play there,
     and make some friends, so I did.
    I turned and looked back,
     at the place where my dad last sat.
    He was gone.
    I started to panic,
     and ran around frantic.
    I found myself in a room,
     with a man wearing all white.
    I screamed ,
     because I didn’t know my way back.
    My dry eyes soon turned wet,
     because I knew I’ll never see home again.
    I knew I was lost

    ChildSoldier ( sonnet)
    Those tender eyes are brimming with agony,
    for they’ve seen, encountered and persevered,
    unfathomable strife than either of us, combined.
    These are the very eyes of a child soldier.
    None can write it down, or tell it out loud.
    For they don’t know how; their tales turn to myths,
    they’ve been cheated of this so-called knowledge.
    This is the very life of a child soldier
    Their corpses linger on the battleground.
    For they’ve been taken as bait, constrained.
    They think it’s a game; they play until they die.
    This is the very fate of a child soldier.
    What did they do, to be anguished like this?
    What did we do, to be born in this bliss?
    by Phavi Kannan

    My Retreat
    A place to be when all is right,
      also when all is wrong,
     the first one to know it all.

    Laughter , pain , smiles and tears
     the perfect place for it all to be revealed,
     for now , then and forever.

    Always mine to be.
    My room. My pillow.
    My Retreat.

    By Phavi Kannan

    Alliteration

    Perplexity ,predicaments and problems
    The only things that none see before they happen
    Caused by the choice of choosing carelessly
    Because of haste, hurry and heedlessness that had befallen.
    Yet some don’t know the solution or the salvation
    For it lies within oneself  not the other being or person
    by Phavi Kannan

    Concluding poem

    A poem
    A portrait
    Your pen, the brush
    Your paper,the canvas
    Your hand, the skill
    Your thoughts, the artist
    Your memories, the objects
    The formula for a royal portrait, you
    A poem
    By Phavi Kannan
    I am Poem

    I am a little puppy
    I wonder how pinky promises are legit
    I hear water dripping from the faucet
    I see the raindrops dripping by the window
    I want to say “Hello”
    I am a little puppy

    I pretend to be pilot, the one that never fears
    I feel the air rushing through my ears
    I touch the flowers in the backyard
    I worry about the lady who says I’m a hazard
    I cry when I’m lonely
    I am a little puppy

    I understand that I have to grow up some day
    I say my name
    I dream about eating the biggest meal forever
    I try to do things that my master said I shouldn’t do ever
    I hope to someday see the skies a bit more blue
    I am a little puppy, but I don’t think you’re one too

    If you care about copyrights you should not post them on an internet forum. Adding your name doesn't make them copyrighted.

    Btw, why do you care about copyrights anyway?

    I don't understand why people think you have to apply copyright to get it. It's something you get AUTOMATICLY!!!  Sure the name doesn't make them copyrighted, but that's because they already are. If I write a short story and post it here, I still have the copyright.

    If I remember correctly, it only applies to finished work and in that form. You don't get copyrights for things like ideas.

    well not exactly copyright issues, I once wrote a poem on a piece of paper without my name on it and lost it ,and then another person claimed it was theirs and I couldn't do nething about it so yeah.

    @ Gerik - awwww :) u deserve a hug

    @Grim - :) yea but that's not enough to live with , alot of ppl can ruin u if u don't stand up for urself

    @ Paul - it wasn't a big deal , so I didn't bother telling u

    @Murrrr- yea but there's no proof its urs so u have to copyright it, noth

    @ Ivadh- well if it gets published , i need copyright, or neone can steal it
