I just want everyone to look at my chess games and decide if one certain player, can still win the game. He's playing on, waiting to the point where there are 2 hours left on the clock, and then making a move.

actually, I just want to embarras him in public for not resigning. Of course without mentioning  any names..

Yeah we meet so now and then this kind of players who don't know when to resign. They seem to hope for a stalemate.

Most times this kind of players don't congratulate you after you checkmate them. Just put him on your ignore list after the game.
