Slow grill using charcoal. Begin with about six briquettes. Add a couple every hour. Cook at least 6 hours...very slowly. Marinate the night before with your favorite. Turn over once an hour, and baste with a little orange juice. Yummy!

I love Chinese ribs, cooked in Chinese sauce. Sometimes I have normal ribs which I put honey on and cook them the honey gives it a nice sweet favor.

We BBQ our ribs over a slow heat of about 200 degrees for about 6 or 7 hours and apply lots of BBQ sauce on it all during the cooking process. We had them marinating all night and are ready to go in the BBQ. They get a nice smokey flavor while BBQing and we throw a little mesquite in with the wood. ummmmmm

MATHSART!@!@

I like mt dad's ribs, not the ribs inside him. . . -_-

He cook it with various favours.

One is Put it in the oven with the sauce I found. . rather disgusting by looking at it before cooked. Then after the ribs are done, it looks so good and the smell is so great, I can sense it in my room at 2nd floor.

Second one is the one that mixed with black bean sauce, then just steam it in a . . big bowl of some kind with super heated fire(At the restaurant).  for arround half an hour, I don't exactly know the time! Looks ok, taste super good!!!

The third one is the . . . Have anyone taste dog meat? Well if you haven't, go to China, I grow up on a village and sometimes we eat dog meat. . . once or twice a year. Well it sounds disgusting but it is the best meat you can ever taste.

My faster use pork ribs and steam it in a big bowl with low and steddy temperature, it takes approximately 6-8 hour, same, I am not sure the amount of time he uses. Well, it tastes like dog meat but it is different, not as good. Still it is very tasty.

My dad travels around China as a cook and learn various great ways to cook food! I am glad I have such a father ^_^
