Hello,

I need some help from an IT specialist. Is it possible to save the mails I receive in my yahoo account to my pc ? I know I can do this in outlook, just don't seem to find a way to do it in yahoo. Any suggestions ?

I'm not an IT guy, but I do fiddle with computers and Linux.

Anyway, if you want you could forward the Yahoo email to your account that uses Outlook, and save it that way.  (I believe that if you pay a fee, Yahoo will give you the info to automatically fetch their mail with Outlook, or other similar program such as Mozilla Thunderbird.)

Emi, I also have my yahoo mail automatically diverted to my main account.

My email for the past 6 or 7 years has been with tpg.com.au but their anti-spamming software prevents certain types of mail from coming through (mostly mail that has multiple blind copies) so I registered an account with y7mail.com.  Then, it's just a matter of setting the yahoo preferences so that any emails addressed there are automatically passed to my tpg address.

yeah, thx David, but my main address is the one in yahoo. I have another one in hotmail and that seems enough. I don't even have time to read all my mails.....although I always read the ones that I receive from friends .
