I love squirrels, they are my fav. animal! But everyone thinks its stupid! Wats wrong with liking squirrels??!!! They usally tease me and say all their stories about how they go hunting and kill squirrels, or how they ran them over! Cry

Also 2day my bus driver ran over a squirrel and killed it! Then this 6th grader who is seriously annoying (he is one of them who tease me) and said "Hey Taylor look she ran over a squirrel!" It made me mad!

I need advice, cause I dont know wat to do! Plz help me!

Nothing wrong with squirrels. I once raised a baby I found beside the road next to its dead mother.

Raised it the same way you raise a kitten, or baby rabbit that has been rejected by or lost its mother. KRM, Kitten replacement Milk with Q-tips and a heating pad.

 

Unlike rabbits or cats however, squirrel do not make ideal pets once out of the cage so me and my kids let it go in the woods of Whidbey Island... It was grown and a real firecracker!!

Being a woodland squirrel I'm sure it fared well..

Yes, squirrels are cute.  Plus they are squirrelly (watch them for a little while and you'll see where they got that word).  Not sure why people tease you about it--everybody I know likes 'em.  And hunting them?--how hungry would you have to be?!

I LOVE SQUIRRELS! DON"T LET THE PEOPLE THAT TEASE YOU HURT YOUR FEELINGS, I WAS IN A HURRICANN AND I HELPED 3 BABY SQUIRRELS THAT GOT LOST. THEY R SOO CUTE. CEPT' ONE BIT ME BUT I DON'T CARE. Wink

wellll..... my grampa said that it's funny to put red squirrels into a cage because they run in the cage and kills itself from exhausting itself it seems kind of funny.... and it's not that bad even I thought of worse things than
that
