I do the 60 100 and 200 metres sprints.
oh ! like Bolt from Jamaica ?
Yeah Bolt is the best, he can do 100 metres in 9:69. But Tyson Gay is my favorite he ran 100 metres in 9:68 unofficial so it couldn't be counted and it was wind assisted. Usain Bolt is fabulous over the 200 metres. I want too be timed at the 40 yard dash I want too beat Kevin Levrone's record of 4.8. I reckon I will some time as I don't have anywhere near as much weight too carry.

Rugby League - ST George - Illawarra Dragons!!
St George Dragons held one of the longest runs of Premiership wins in professional sport! Held the title from 1955-1966.
Merged with the Illawarra Steelers in the 90's Still yet to crack the premiership so far as a merged entity but came very close in early 2000's but lost agonisingly to the Melbourne Storm.
Basketball - Illawarra Hawks/ west Sydney Razorbacks - was only interested in these teams when friends of family were playing for them before they went to play college b'ball in USA
