Hey guys, just wondering what rating here do you consider being good, excellent, pro, rookie, etc?

I was thinking 1000-1300 rookie, 1300-1600 good, 1600-2000 very good,

2000-2400 pro, 2400+ very high level.

What are your thoughts?

I consider myself good; when I can beat just some random person off of the street.

I consider myself good at the game but there's always a bigger fish. When the bigger fish are dead guys then you're the best.  

I like to give every opponent my full attention regardless of ratings.      

I don't know anything about these sentences and when the person would be a good player :-S but about myself I like my level I consider myself a very good player
