    Not sure if this is considered "too political", but I have found the videos of youtuber "girlwriteswhat" to be informative on questions of gender and politics, and by extension how that might filter down to individual and/or group relatinships between the sexes.

    I don't think it is a gender issue at all. It is part social conditioning and most people lack of ability to stay in the present moment.most drama is created by focusing on the past or what "might" happen in the future. When we remain in the present moment, most of those issues fail to exist
