I've heard that admin's here can check to see what strength a player is playing at, in order to determine if someone is cheating.
I'm curious how this is done? I have fritz 11 and Rybka Aquarium and I'd love to be able to plug in a game I just played (in which I think I found some very nice moves) and see if I did indeed play a little better than my usual strength.
Is it a particular engine? Maybe an option in one of the programs I have that I don't know about? Any information you can provide or even pointing me toward a program I can buy to do what I'm looking for would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure exactly how this is done, but I'd love to get a chess analysis software that told me what rating range my play for a given game is. I guess my OTB rating is probably indicative of this.

Fritz 11 does indeed give a rating if you play it in a tournament setting on the chessbase GUI, but I'm unaware of any way to have it give an actual elo rating to any given game.
I wonder if the admin's would be willing to divulge any information? I guess I could understand if there was a security/anti-cheating reason not to give details.
However I think being able to assign a play strength to each of my games would really help me determine which games I should look closer at and if I'm actually improving or not.
