    does this help?

That does not show up on the page when I go to it. I have tried on Google Chrome and Internet explorer.  All I get is from the schedule down.

And if I did have that I am sure I would see it. I don't think your insulting red arrow helps anyone.

looks like you are not loading the flash client. have you tried a different browser or a hard refresh? does flash work for you on other sites? like i said, i impersonated your account and it worked fine.

is anyone else having trouble seeing this?

I have tried Google Chrome, IE and FF. Nothing. Flash works for other sites (hulu and others). I updated Flash anyway and still nothing. I am running Windows 7 x64, 4MB RAM, Duo Core.

are you running any ad blockers or firewall stuff? it is javascript that renders flash. any no-script or anything?

if it's ALL browsers, probably firewall related or antivirus stuff. were you ever able to see the TV?

I was able to see it once, two weeks ago, when I watched live.

I've got the same issue (well symptoms anyway) with Firefox -- when I tried to load the Flash plug in it completely toasted my Firefox install and I had to re-install.  Oddly, it works when I use IE.

I have to press "Abort" continuously in order to finally get into the "on demand" library.
