Change all the information you want but the credit card companies want all the old money owed them. Pay them off and then start fresh!

Exactly same with me every attempt to change my credit card and even to pay is met with stubborn refusal, I have emailed "support" they apologize give me a link and it doesn't work there either, all I want to do is continue paying at the premium rate but the won't let me
