I just bought a diamond membership and got a $2 something credit. Is that all the credit I get for my platinum membership?

If you were upgrading, thats is the amount of credit you had left on your platinum account, it carries over. If you paid $5 or something for a plat account for a month, and after three weeks upgraded, that would leave $2 credit subtracted from your transaction.

Having a faulty memory, I can only guess I was in the last weeks of a year of a platinum membership, thanks.

MY guess and the truth was backed up by my Gmail files. Gee that year went by fast.
