Something seems not quite right about this. Sometimes I have friends appearing in the "friends on-line" box, but the animated "on line" gif beside their name isn't there. Sometimes it's the other way around. 

 Just something I've noticed.

sometimes the script that calculates the 2 variables for that page is off by a few minutes.
