I was wondering if you were planning any update of the Game Explorer Database ? It seems there are no games beyond Dec, 2006.

We don't need regular updates, but something like twice a year would be fine.

Yes, we do plan to do updates on the Game Explorer database in the future. However, right now the big project is improving the Live Chess play to become more stable with new and better features. We thank you for your patience and for your suggestion for the Game Explorer database.

I would it also find fantastic if you would update it.. I don`t think that should be to much work for you there much good databases out there, and premium members pay for such features as Game-explorer 

I'd like to chime in here. I'd really like to see an update of game explorer, particularly the games of the players on this site. I became a premium member in large part because I wanted to use that tool to walk through patterns of poor play in my own games that I might not be aware of. The lack of updates has made the feature almost entirely useless for me now since it hasn't been updated since I shifted my openings. Please please please make updating the database a priority.

It seems your suggestion was heard!  It was just updated in the recent site update!

Yes, I was pleased to read this too, but was unable to locate recent games. For example, I couldn't find Anand games after 2006

You can't go back and forth on a position form your players database to the masters database to see were you go wrong sometimes it just gives you AJAX ERROS!!!

I'd just like it to update my games.

On the recent games or whatever, if you could make it to list them by there #moves &ect. that would be nice!

we had a glitch in the update. the most recent games should be back online in a week or so. :(
