I agree, this is a problem, especially for paying, premium, members.  They should at least update that message.

Erik, thanks for the update, but I'm not sure of your time zone, and therefore won't know what "done soon" means until I post this and see the time stamp.

By the way Erik, I'm not only a chess enthusiast but a web developer with strong database and ExtJS skills (I've noticed that live chess uses ExtJS).  Would chess.com be interested in my resume?
