Just started the Live Chess.  Whenever I try to start a game, some one joins and then resigns before a move.  Sometimes happens 2 or 3 times.  What is the deal with this?

Last person I played, stopped making moves with 10 minutes left instead of resigning.  This seems like bad form as well.

Are you sure it's the other player rather than the server? Often when an abort happens before any moves are made it will state that the game was aborted by the server. I've tried back and forth with another player to restart and the server kept aborting. Eventually I played someone else. Not a satisfying answer I know. Also, remember you're on the internet where people feel anonymous and behave differently than in real life.

If a player does do this repeatedly and intentionally, they are sanctioned by the site.
