You can go to http://www.chess.com/tv and then click the "On Demand" button where you will find one for "May 3rd" which was the game 7 broadcast.

I know how to go there. There are 3 videos for May 3rd. The 2nd one which is for 3 hours is not working but the all other videos open.

Can you first try that yourself and see..
