A tournament I'd set up has completely vanished.  It was up to 18 out of 25 registered participants.  Named something such as "Elite 1. e4 for 2300+".

How could this happen and I not be informed?  A software glitch?

This is highly disappointing.  It took 3 months to get up to 18 players rated 2300+

Three months is the limit otherwise there would be billions and billions of tournaments on the list.

Now it is unlikely the record of 11 gold medals will be broken.

Ok well I think it should be measured by how full the tournament is too.  Maybe if its over half full they should tell you you have a month.  If its less than half full, sure, cancel it.

But send out an automated message.  How hard is that?
