Any younger then 15 kids good

    Age has nothing to do with playing strength in chess. There are many children below 15 with IM / GM title. You should try to improve and people play with you. Your current rating indicates that you make too many mistakes. Just pay nore attention to game on hand and your rating will go upto 1300-1400 without any proper training. Any one of age 10 can do that easily. With training much more progress possible.

    obviously a 2 year old cannot be a gm so age does have something to do with chess strength....

    yes, but don't take things so literally.  there are 8 year olds with 2400+ USCF rating and 30 year olds with less than 1000 I think that's the point that is trying to be made.
