Is it in one of your current games? If so, you should not seek advice on what move to play as is is considered unethical.

According to his profile, he doesn't play turn-based here. So it's OK to ask for advice. In my opinion, the best answer to the variation given (known as the Scotch Game) is 3. dxe4 which relieves the threat on the e5 pawn.

I play this often as white. The main move after dxe4 is Nxe4. Black should not capture with his knight here as white can recapture with his queen in the center of the board where it is hard to move away. Instead black should play either Bc5 or Nf3.
