Just like the topic says: When you start an analysis board, it doesn't show up in the 'Analysis' tab, which presumably exists to show all the analysis boards.
I tried making a new analysis board (from the analysis tab) and it creates the board but does not list it in the analysis tab.

only certain people are allowed to make public analysis boards. we should make this more clear.

I asked this same question of kohai and she said the analysis boards only show up if the presenter is an official presenter for some event. If you want someone to join you on your analysis board you must "invite" them to it by clicking on their name and selecting it from among the options.
