Bad Internet

My internet has been spotty lately and sometimes it randomly disconnects for a while. This hinders my bullet chess rating because I randomly lose 20-30 seconds of a match which basically makes it impossible to win. The only way that this can be fixed is to have disconnections from the internet not count as time taken, however, people will most likely exploit this and purposely disconnect their internet. Therefore, I would next suggest discounting the game as a draw or as no points, however, this isn't fesible be people will again exploit it and disconnect from the internet everytime they are about to lose. So, my only real suggestion is computer analysis of the match to determine if the opponents are within a certain point value of each other then either determine a winner or to count it as a draw depending on point values.

Unfortunately this is probably difficult to implement therefore I would ask for suggestions as to how to fix this problem, other than get better internet connection.
