Ben when this happens are you playing black or white?

If you're playing black, do you see the opponents 'disconnected' message in the game chat area before or after they move?

As I recall I am usually playing black and the dis-connect happens before my opponent's move.

The point is I would like to contact the site moderators and say what has been happening.

Yes, there is also always the legend that "the game has been aborted by the server!" If the record concerning my games is refefered to you will see that fact.

So entirely not my fault.

Can I also say that you have a fantastic site and as soon as I am able I will upgrade my subscription to Chess.com.
